1. Booking & Payment
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount must be paid as per the due date mentioned.
- Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any method informed officially.
- Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance and confirmation message from TWS Holidays.
2. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
At TWS Holidays, we do not encourage cancellations once a booking is confirmed.
- However, we offer one-time free rescheduling, valid for up to 6 months from the original trip date.
- You can change your travel date once without any additional charges, and we guarantee the same package cost for the rescheduled trip.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the trip date.
- No refund will be provided in case of cancellation.
- If the new travel dates fall on blackout dates or sold-out days, we will offer the nearest available option with the same pricing.
In Case of Unforeseen Situations:
- In the event of natural calamities, lockdowns, or government travel restrictions, we understand the situation and will offer a refund.
- Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7 working days, depending on vendor and hotel policies.
3. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each package.
- Any activity not listed under inclusions (e.g. personal expenses, entry tickets) is chargeable separately.
- Driver food may be managed by the group unless included.
4. Room Allocation
- Room sharing is based on group size (e.g., 6 pax = 2 rooms by default).
- Any extra rooms required will be charged separately.
5. Travel & Transport
- All vehicles used are registered and insured for commercial use.
- Fuel, toll, parking, and driver bata are included unless mentioned otherwise.
- Any additional travel or detours requested beyond the itinerary may attract extra charges.
6. Liability
- TWS Holidays is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, or delay caused during the trip.
- We are also not liable for cancellations or delays due to weather, roadblocks, strikes, or government actions.
7. Behaviour & Safety
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect local culture and property.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public places will be the guest's responsibility.
8. Itinerary Changes
- Itinerary is subject to change based on weather, local conditions, or unforeseen issues.
- Final decisions will be taken in the interest of group safety and experience.
9. Media Usage Consent
Photos and videos taken during the trip may be used by TWS Holidays for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
10. Room Allotment Assurance
- At TWS Holidays, we maintain full transparency — we will share actual room photos with you before confirming the booking.
- The same rooms will be allocated to you at the time of check-in, as promised.
- In the rare case of any unavoidable circumstance (such as property maintenance, overbooking by hotel, etc.), if a room change is required, we will inform you in advance and provide an equal or upgraded alternative.
