🚫 No Refund Policy
- We follow a strict no refund policy once a booking is confirmed.
- Instead of refunds, we offer more flexible alternatives to support our travellers.
🔄 One-Time Free Date Change
- We offer a one-time free rescheduling option, valid for up to 6 months from the original trip date.
- The same package, pricing, and inclusions will be honoured (subject to availability on the new dates).
- Rescheduling must be informed at least 15 days prior to the trip.
🎁 Voucher Option
- If the customer is unable to travel, the booking can be converted into a voucher.
- The voucher can be redeemed by friends or family, with prior intimation.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable beyond one level.
👥 Change in Group Size
- If additional members are added after booking, the package cost will increase based on the group slab.
- If members are reduced, only the food cost will be deducted. The cost of rooms and cab will remain the same, as the original allocations will not be altered.
